Barbara- I am still trying to close on my new home but I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the quality of the inspection your company performed. Jon Nichols was simply outstanding. Very technically knowledgeable he wanted to make sure I understood everything he was looking at and why. I am no stranger to building construction and he caught several things I didn’t even think of.
At the end of his inspection he provided a brief overview before doing his actual report. This allowed me to determine what, if any, repairs were really needed. As it turns out, in this super overheated housing market, there isn’t much leeway for requesting needed repairs from the Seller, but it was good to know what I am looking at for potential future repairs.
The report was well laid out, concise and had a nice summary at the end. It was easy to hand the report to the handyman doing my repairs.
I know you folks are highly regarded in the industry but please add my name to your list of very satisfied customers. I will seek out and recommend your services for any future inspection needs.
