Excellent and thorough report. Helped us dodge a bullet. Well worth the money to find out walls and roofs has serious problems beyond cosmetic and obviously they had cut corners. Tim is very experienced and we appreciated his time explaining and showing us where the problems were. Excellent pictures with the report were also appreciated so we could see the problems in the crawlspace and roof. Thank You so much!!!
