The House Detectives were recommend to us by our Realtor for a property we were looking to buy. The quality of service they provided far exceeded any other inspection company we have used. They sent two inspectors (Paul and Jason) for a 4-hour inspection of the house, the process was very thorough and meticulous and they left no stone unturned. In fact they discovered few major issues with the house which were big decision factors for us and gave us a detailed verbal and written report. Their price is higher compared to what we have seen before but in my opinion they’re well worth the money. Highly recommend them!
