Our
Inspections

each full home inspection, we send out two inspectors- one with an
electrical and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning
technician) background- the other with a general contractors/ pest
and dry rot operators background

average, the inspection takes 2-21/2 hours

we
go into the crawlspace, up on the roof (providing that it is not
too high- or too steep), in the attic, check the electrical and
plumbing systems
Our Report:

is
a detailed, easy to read, 12-page narrative report

if
requested, FHA and VA
reports for the lender can also be provided

reviewed with you on-site- if you have any questions or concerns
about specific areas of the home we can address them immediately-
even take you to the areas

anyone without your approval
